Ex bourbon hogshead Nose: Lime and lemon on the start of the nose, some soft fruity smoke and gentle peat with a hint of apple strudel and peach stones. Winter sea breeze and honey. Palate: Salted caramel and apple, spring greens with a hint of mint and cracked black pepper. Seaweed and salted popcorn, citrus and vanilla with a long lingering rich hot fudge over almonds.
